SULTAN GRILL

Contact

A direct line to the house, without a form.

Call or email for a table, for what is still on the grill, for a group that needs more than four seats, or to correct something on these pages. This is the only page, together with the footer, where the telephone number and the street address are printed. The rest of the site talks about the food and the service and points back here. There is no form. A message goes to the inbox below, or you dial the number below, and you can see the destination before you send anything. Say the day, the hour and how many people are coming. Add an allergy or a particular cut only if the visit depends on it. You will not be asked to open an account, to tick a box, or to repeat the message into a form that stores it on the website. The inbox and the telephone are the route, and both are printed on this page so you can see where a message goes before you send it. If you are writing about a table, the useful shape is a few lines. If you are writing about a page that has gone wrong, quote the page and the line. If you are writing about personal data, say so in the first line so the note is not answered with a seating time. One address receives all three. The first line decides which kind of answer you get.

The house

Email: [email protected] Write here for a table, a change of hour, a question about the fire, or a correction. The house reads this address. Do not send card numbers, passwords or copies of identity documents. A useful note is short: day, hour, number of guests, and anything the kitchen must hear before it cooks.

Phone: +56 9 3185 4328 The same line answers questions about a table, the day's shashlik and doner, and a party that is running late. During dinner the room may take a moment to pick up. If you need a particular hour on a weekend, call earlier in the day rather than at the peak of service.

Address: Vilanova 293, 8320000 Las Condes, Región Metropolitana, Chile. This is the only dining room. There is not a second branch. Use this line in a map, leave building entrances and loading space clear, and give the house your name at the door if a table was already confirmed.

Hours: Mon-Sun 12:00 PM-11:00 PM. Lunch is the quicker plate, the afternoon is the quieter room, and dinner is the shared grill. After 9:30 PM the fire may already have narrowed to what is left, even though the door stays open until eleven.

Reply window: Replies are normally sent within one business day. A message is a request until the house confirms the day, the hour and the number of guests. Do not treat an unanswered email as a held table, especially for a shared grill on a weekend evening.

Legal name: SULTAN GRILL

What to include

  • The day and the hour you want. A date alone is not enough, because noon and eight in the evening are different rooms. If you have a hard stop, say that too, and order as a plate rather than as a shared spread.
  • How many guests will actually sit, including anyone joining later, and whether you are coming for lunch or for the long dinner service. More than four seats should be stated plainly. A table for four that becomes seven at the door is a different request.
  • Whether you want shashlik, kebab, doner or the shared grill. Mention a cut only if the visit depends on it. Lamb, chicken and beef move with the fire, and the spit ends when the meat is done.
  • Any allergy or strong dislike, especially wheat in the bread and lavash, dairy, sesame, or a meat the table will not eat. Use the same message to move or release a table the house has already confirmed, and send it as early as you can.
  • A correction to a page, an hours change you were told in the room that the site does not yet show, or a note that a description and the menu in the dining room have drifted apart. The menu in the room is the one that applies to an order.

No contact form collection

This site does not include a public form, a submit script, an account, a password, or a newsletter signup. The telephone and the email above are the whole of the contact route, and they are repeated in the footer so you do not have to hunt for them. A form would have stored the message on the website. This way the message goes to the house, and you can see the address before you send it. Nothing you type into the browser on these pages is kept, because there is no field to type into. The only item in the browser is the note that you closed the cookie notice, and that note is described on the cookie page.

Do not send payment card numbers, passwords or copies of identity documents by email. A table does not need them. The house needs the day, the hour, the number of guests, and any allergy. Payment happens in the dining room, against the menu prices in Chilean pesos with IVA included. If you are writing about privacy rather than about a meal, the same inbox receives that too. Say that the message is about personal data, so it is not read as a reservation and answered with a table time. Keep card numbers, passwords and identity documents out of the email even if you think it would speed something up. It will not. The house does not take payment by email, and it does not need a scan of a document to hold a table or to correct a page. What it needs is already listed above. If a bank or a delivery service ever writes to you claiming to be the restaurant and asking for a code or a card, that message did not come from the way this site works. The restaurant does not send those. Check the address you were given on this page before you reply to anything that asks for money.
